First you have to mix up all of the ingredients. And then scoop out a dollop of the mixture.
Then you have to shape them into balls and place them on a nonstick surface like Silpat.
Next you take the balls, coat them in chocolate, and shake off the excess. 
After you have done this to about 100 of them, they'll be all nice and lined up and ready to be embellished.
And by that I mean, you have to drizzle white chocolate over them to make 'em look pretty.
